Cancellation Policy
- Reservations require a $250 nonrefundable deposit for cabins included in your total paid
- Cancellations prior to 30 days of arrival will incur a $250 fee nonrefundable deposit per cabin
- At 30 days prior to check in full payment will be required and no refunds will be made on cancellation
- Reservations for the Silver Dream require a 500 nonrefundable deposit
Nightly Cabin Rentals in Lake City
Relax on your own covered porch as you gaze at the pleasant view! It’s almost too much! Your dinner is on the grill, the Aspens are twinkling, and the hummingbirds are buzzing above your head.
Cabin Amenities:
- Wall furnace to keep you warm
- Bathroom with shower, fully stocked with towels and washcloths
- Living area with couch, chair, and wifi with streaming setup.
- Bedrooms have a queen bed in one bedroom and either a queen or two twin beds in the second bedroom. You will find the beds made, with extra blankets and pillows available if needed.
- Kitchen with full-size appliances, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, pots and pans, bakeware, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (including filters), and crockpot
- Outside you’ll find a nice front porch with a glider, charcoal grills, picnic tables, and a couple of community fire pits.
- The cabins are “authentic, rustic cabins with western charm.” This means when you check in (after 3 p.m.), the cabin is yours until you leave. Your cabin will be clean when you check in. The cabin will not be cleaned again until the next group checks in. Please note that bed linens are not refreshed during your stay, and clean bathroom towels are provided only on the 4th morning. If you require more frequent linen changes, we recommend planning accordingly. The cabin is yours until you leave. There is no guest-accessible supply room, but you are welcome to request any needed items by following the instructions listed in your welcome packet and cabin guide.
